I really wanted to make a rock n roll album... But I just didn't have the money to make the album I wanted, so instead I recorded a more modest collection of songs that have been kicking around for a while now. Most of the songs were written in 2020. Three of them, Come to My Arms, Come here Son, and Come fly with me, were also recorded in 2020 by the short lived "Invitation Stringband." The rest of the songs were recorded over the last year and a half.

Most of the album was recorded at my house, the rest of the album was recorded at my friends' houses. I have had a lot of help throughout this process. I am very grateful for all the musicians who played on the record, and for Doug and Ken who helped me so much with the recording and production of the album. And many thanks to you for checking out my album and making it so far into the liner notes!
